Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Logistics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience across material handling and logistics functions and a proven ability to support safe, quality, and on-time operations through data-driven execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Execute physical and transactional logistics processes for production, repair, development, and MRO needs, including material delivery, floor stock replenishment, stocking, receiving, packaging, transportation, ESD handling, and inventory management.
• Operate material handling equipment such as manual and motorized pallet jacks, pallet lifters, fork trucks, power and hand tools, motor vehicles, and other devices per business unit requirements.
• Use internal business systems and related software applications to perform and record logistics transactions accurately and on time.
• Coordinate daily schedule priorities, communicate status to cross-functional teams, and help minimize delays to meet customer commitments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience performing logistics operations in a team-based environment, including receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Ability to learn and use internal business systems and related software for transactional accuracy and metric reporting.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and collaborate across functional teams.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds regularly, with safe use of lifting devices for heavier materials.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ESD handling practices and certification-based training in material handling equipment.
• Experience supporting lean initiatives, process improvements, and performance metric management.
