Job Description

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, banking domain analysis, and data technology and a proven ability to gather and translate requirements into actionable specifications that drive successful technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for delivery teams.
• Create and maintain Jira boards, backlogs, and Confluence documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe practices and participate in PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, and related ceremonies.
• Perform data analysis and validation to support solution design and delivery quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira, for backlog and workflow management.
• Experience as a business analyst within the banking domain with strong requirements design capability.
• Knowledge of data constructs and data technologies with ability to support technical delivery teams.
• Experience in Agile methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Preferred Skills:

• Tools: Jira and Confluence for Agile project tracking and documentation.
• Data: SQL, data modeling, and metadata management for analysis and validation.
• Methods: Requirements analysis and design in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Soft skills: Analytical thinking, facilitation, and presentation.

• Work setting: Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
