Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program financials, enterprise change governance, and complex multi-team delivery and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams and deliver executive-ready updates across projects and portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Lead routines to consolidate comprehensive program updates across three projects and 10+ workstreams, including coordination with CFO Change and ePMO.
- Coordinate and facilitate technology delivery ceremonies such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and orchestrate dependencies across multiple teams, aligning schedules and scope to initiative funding and governance requirements.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal to protect timelines and outcomes.
- Promote clear communication and collaboration across organizations to maintain progress and transparency.
- Aggregate and report delivery status, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by engaging sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards and controls.
- Support resource planning and forecasting to enable predictable delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects or programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports and executive presentations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar delivery roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge or experience with large-scale ERP systems, including Oracle.
- Familiarity with enterprise portfolio governance, ePMO processes, and CFO Change routines.
