Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, ReactJS, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL and a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions, support production releases, and collaborate across onsite and offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the onsite team to assess needs and customize existing technology to meet requirements.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting defects.
• Support and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Document and report application specifics, create technical specifications, and develop test plans.
• Provide weekend on-call support during application releases.
• Offer guidance and review work of less experienced associates as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Salesforce.com development: Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce, advanced Visualforce components, and Chatter API.
• Salesforce best practices for design, development, and release management.
• Force.com Metadata API and complex enterprise release processes.
• Integration using Salesforce Web Services API.
• Experience supporting production releases and resolving issues, including off-hours support.
• Proficiency with ReactJS and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience delivering projects in SAFe Agile and onsite/offshore models and Agile/XP methodologies.
• Understanding of functional testing processes and scenarios, with ability to maintain automated scripts per specifications.
• Knowledge of at least one automation tool.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international virtual teams and matrix structures.

Preferred Skills:

• TypeScript for type-safe React development.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Performance tuning and security best practices for web applications.
• Testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and JUnit.

• Onsite requirement: 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC.
• Start date: May.
• Glider: ID verification.
