Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiter to support branch hiring across Client Relationship Consultants (Tellers) through Branch Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume sourcing, cold outreach, and candidate pipeline management and a proven ability to fill branch roles efficiently while delivering a positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
Work Schedule and Onsite Details:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. local time
- Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite, target 11 days per month

Parking Information:
- Charlotte: $10/day surface lots to ~$180/month garages
- Minneapolis (Nicollet): Discounted LaSalle Plaza Garage, ~$7.06/day with tax
- Tempe: ~$82/month
Responsibilities:
- Source, assess, and recruit top talent for branch roles, including CRC/Tellers through Branch Managers
- Build and manage pipelines using multiple channels, including job boards, social platforms, referrals, and local networks
- Conduct cold outreach, identify candidate contact information, and engage passive talent
- Track outreach, candidate progress, and metrics in the ATS with accuracy
- Drive the recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Provide a consistent, positive experience for hiring managers and candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in multi-channel sourcing and passive candidate outreach
- Cold calling ability, including locating contact details and direct outreach
- Strong organizational skills to track outreach, stages, and outcomes in an ATS or CRM
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting branch or high-volume roles
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and selection for diverse applicant pools
- Customer service orientation and stakeholder management
- Project management and time management skills across multiple requisitions
- Basic marketing and recruitment networking skills
- Ability to interpret data, trends, and funnel metrics to inform actions
- Presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
