BCForward is currently seeking a onsite motivated Marketing Manager III at 100% Remote USA (only non-sponsorship candidates)
Position: Marketing Manager III
Location: 100% Remote
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $75 - $80/hr. on W2.

Job Description:
Brand Storytelling:
- Champion the brand's mission, and positioning to drive business growth and brand awareness. Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels Support positioning and external messaging for go-to-market execution for feature launches.
Support Full-Funnel Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Execute programs that drive brand messaging across awareness, consideration and engagement channels, on and off the app.
- Project manage work flows, including timeline management and creative trafficking, to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables and completion of key milestones.
Measurement and Analysis:
- Aid in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and brand health.
- Analyze results and provide actionable insights to optimize future activations and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams to ensure aligned brand messaging and activation execution. Collaborate with internal and external agencies to drive brand initiatives.
Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4-6 years experience in brand management or brand marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and full-funnel activations, tests or campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in measurement and analysis of campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, strong project management skills and ability to thrive amidst ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- End-to-end tech or brand management experience (e.g., CPG brand management experience) and strong understanding of the creative development process.
- Experience marketing a brand to creators/influencers, or working with creators in brand marketing programs
- Passion for sports, entertainment, music and culture
Must-Have Skills:
Brand Strategy & Storytelling
- Ability to develop and execute brand strategies, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
Analytical & Measurement Skills
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive business growth.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management and milestone tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in Tech or CPG Brand Management
- Background in end-to-end brand management within technology or consumer packaged goods industries.
Creator/Influencer Marketing Experience
- Experience marketing to or working with creators/influencers in brand marketing programs.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving in Ambiguous Environments
- Demonstrated ability to thrive amidst ambiguity, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong operational skills in managing daily activities and overseeing budgets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Possess a solid understanding of marketing principles and effectively communicate using marketing terminology.
