Position Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3
Location: Redmond, WA Hybrid/ 3 days Onsite
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Contract of 09 Months and possible of extensionJob Type: Contract and Hybrid/Onsite
Pay Range: $62 - $65/hr. on w2

- Lead a small team of developers to design and develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions to support supply chain transformation initiatives, enabling visibility into key operational and program performance metrics.
- Partner with supply chain, engineering, and data teams to define and align on KPIs that track end-to-end process efficiency, service levels, inventory health, and cost-to-serve.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into supply chain readiness, program milestones, and business adoption metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with Data Management teams to define data sources, governance rules, and validation methods for supply chain datasets.
- Conduct root cause analysis and performance deep dives to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across sourcing, logistics, planning, and fulfillment processes.
- Lead and manage testing (UAT) of reporting and analytics deliverables to ensure reporting functionalities operate as designed and meet business requirements.
- Support executive and stakeholder reporting by delivering timely insights that inform decision-making, track benefits realization, and ensure accountability across the transformation program lifecycle.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Build coordination and community of business and software engineers to deliver business reporting solutions.
- Dashboards & Reports: A suite of scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations that measure program milestones, operational performance, inventory health, and business adoption.
- Analytical Tools: Lead cross-disciplinary efforts to derive and develop tools that facilitate data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Business Requirements Translation: Translate opportunity areas and problem statements into clear, actionable business requirements.
- KPI Framework & Data Governance: Documented definitions and alignment of core KPIs across supply chain, engineering, and data teams, including data sources, governance standards, and validation methods.
- Testing Deliverables: UAT test plans, results, and validation reports for reporting and analytics solutions to confirm business readiness.
- Executive Reporting: Recurring stakeholder and leadership reports with insights into program performance, benefits realization, and accountability metrics.
Technical Program Management (deliverables)
- Hands-on Program Management: Provide program management throughout different phases of the rhythm to support ongoing operations.
- Program Plans & Schedules: Coordinate and communicate end-to-end project schedules for solution areas, holding stakeholders accountable for milestones.
- Program Status & Alignment Reporting: Comprehensive status reports and communications that track overall program health, risks, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
- Risk & Issue Logs: Documented risks, issues, dependencies, and closure tracking to support proactive program management.
- Decision Logs: Closure documentation of key design decisions, including impacts, trade-offs, and stakeholder agreements.
- Change Readiness Materials: Identify challenges and opportunities with an in-depth understanding of business, technology, and solution delivery, and prepare business users for change.
