Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS, Java, and React and a proven ability to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable applications across front-end and back-end services.

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end software solutions with equal focus on front end and back end.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain performant algorithms.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure implementation aligns with constraints.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to create visualizations and reporting that improve applications and systems.
• Identify hidden problems and patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to engineering communities of practice and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Support a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-6+ years of hands-on full stack development with 50/50 front end and back end focus.
• Proficient in Java with experience in large-scale application development.
• Experience with front-end technologies including React.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native development practices.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in enterprise environments with modern languages and database querying.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile practices including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.

Preferred Skills:

• AWS certification.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies beyond React.
• Experience with banking or financial services domains.

Tech Stack:

• Java Ecosystem: Java 17/21 (LTS), Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Reactive, Hibernate 6.x, Maven/Gradle, JUnit 5, Mockito, Lombok.
• AWS Cloud Services: Amazon ECS/EKS, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, AWS CloudFormation/CDK, Amazon S3, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS IAM, AWS Secrets Manager, Amazon SNS/SQS, AWS Step Functions, Amazon ElastiCache (Redis), AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild, Amazon ECR.
• Apache Kafka & Event Streaming: Apache Kafka 3.x, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, Confluent Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf), Spring Kafka, Kafka Consumer/Producer APIs, DLQ pattern, exactly-once semantics, AKHQ/Kafka UI.
• Database Technologies: PostgreSQL 15+/Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, Redis, Flyway/Liquibase, Hibernate ORM, Spring Data JPA/R2DBC, MongoDB, Amazon Redshift.
• DevOps & Observability: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Splunk/ELK, Grafana/Prometheus, Git/GitHub Enterprise.
