Job Description
We are seeking a Licensing Support Specialist to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance operations and client servicing and a proven ability to support account teams, manage internal processes, and facilitate renewals. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective relationships and communication with Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, Account Specialists, and Brokers.
- Manage work across multiple Account Executives and Brokers.
- Perform account servicing functions and miscellaneous office duties to support client service.
- Actively support the renewal process and associated deliverables.
- Assist with the Aon Client Promise process and related documentation.
- Operate in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model pillars: Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results, and Values.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to service management requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English, written and verbal.
- 1-3 years of commercial insurance or office experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on client servicing activities.
- Understanding of operational processes and methodologies; able to work with moderate guidance.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel for data import/export and advanced Word skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, output-driven environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting client renewals within brokerage or insurance environments.
- Familiarity with the Aon Client Promise process or similar client service frameworks.
