Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong IVR expertise to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring, Genesys IVR, Nuance, VXML, and cloud platforms and a proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable self-service contact center solutions in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance IVR applications using modern engineering practices and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align solutions with strategic business goals.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through development, automated testing, and quality controls.
• Lead and mentor developers within an agile team and foster a culture of learning and teamwork.
• Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing IVR applications for performance and reliability.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions to guide solution direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring development for complex applications.
• Hands-on IVR development with Genesys and/or Nuance frameworks, including speech-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and VXML.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
• Track record of delivering software across multiple full project implementations.
• Ability to lead developers in an agile, fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience deploying contact center solutions in private or public cloud environments.
• Experience building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or Red Hat OpenShift.

Role Logistics

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite each week.
  Onsite from day 1.
• Start month: June.
• Interviews: Video required, 1-2 rounds.
• Primary Skill: Genesys IVR.
