Position Title: Quality Assurance Specialist I (Remote)Locations: Remote - USA
Anticipated Start Dates: 11/24
Expected Duration: 2 Months
Job Type: Contract Only
Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate $24/hr. on W2.
Need: Associate degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in quality assurance, skilled in document comparison, Excel, and UAT.
Interview Process: 1-Phone screen, 2- Virtual Panel
 
 
Position Title: Quality Assurance Specialist II - J00810
Position Purpose:
The Quality Assurance Specialist II is responsible for assessing the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and improve quality concerns and ensure operational accuracy across all member-facing materials.
Team Overview - Member Correspondence
The Member Correspondence team manages all member-facing materials, including template updates and new implementations. The team collaborates to gather requirements, conduct reviews, and distribute completed work. The work environment promotes attention to detail, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Compare output proofs (PDF/Word documents) to source-of-truth documents from the source system.
Identify and document discrepancies, submitting tickets to IT for correction.
Perform daily quality reviews with precision and accuracy, maintaining attention to detail as a top priority.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks within established timelines.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance quality and compliance processes.
Meet performance expectations by completing a minimum of 5 document reviews per day.
Required Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of related quality assurance experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in document comparison and review.
Basic Excel proficiency.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Healthcare industry background.
Disqualifiers
No experience with UAT.
Lack of Excel proficiency.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
Highly detail-oriented and thorough in documentation review.
Self-motivated, able to manage work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical thinker with a commitment to process improvement.
Performance Metrics:
Minimum of 5 quality reviews per day.
