Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electromechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment support and a proven ability to restore tool uptime, execute recovery procedures, and support engineering experiments with accurate data collection.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues in nonfunctioning electromechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment per layout plans, blueprints, manuals, sketches, or drawings.
• Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to sustain performance.
• Respond to equipment alarms and system faults, diagnose issues, and run recovery checklists to restore normal operation.
• Support engineering experiments by executing defined test plans and collecting equipment performance data.
• Work within defined parameters and apply sound judgment to resolve nonstandard problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, operating manuals, and technical drawings.

Preferred Skills:

• 6+ months of hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with tool calibration, preventative maintenance programs, and recovery checklists.

Shift Details:

• Hours: 6pm - 6am.
• Days: Sunday - Tuesday; alternating Saturdays.
• Hours per day: 10.
