Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cross-functional project delivery and retail systems implementation (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, in-store demo) and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans and deliver projects end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion across the full lifecycle.
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams by translating technical details into clear actions.
• Decompose complex issues into manageable workstreams and execute systematic solutions.
• Apply sound judgment to select techniques, implement plans, and evaluate outcomes with limited guidance.
• Operate effectively amid ambiguity and velocity while maintaining focus on execution.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems and Product, Retail Design and Implementation, Retail Finance, and Product Management to ensure delivery.
• Drive implementation and development of retail systems, including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demo technologies.
• Curate and present status, risks, and progress from working teams to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience in DTC consumer electronics, technology, retailer/manufacturer, or premium hospitality.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike, or similar, and productivity suites (Microsoft, Apple, GSuite).
• Deep experience implementing and developing retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, demo technologies).

Preferred Skills:

• MBA or advanced degree.
• PMP, Agile, or comparable advanced project or portfolio management certification.
• Ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with influence across levels and functions.
