Job Title: Customer Service Rep IILocation: Remote (Preference for candidates near Indianapolis, IN)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
Weekend Shift: One Saturday every two months (post-training)
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Duration: 1-year contract (with potential for conversion to full-time)
Start Date: November 3, 2025

Key Responsibilities
- Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, test cancellations, and sponsor-defined flags.
- Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds; escalate delays as needed.
- Maintain database accuracy and communicate additional testing requirements.
- Handle project-related inquiries via phone and email.
- Participate in meetings and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document and escalate service failures when necessary.
- Track and report key performance metrics.
- Support implementation of new processes and ensure patient safety remains a priority.
- Communicate investigator site needs during policy or procedural updates.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or within a team.
- Proficiency in English.
- Availability for rotating weekend shifts (once every two months).
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
