Bcforward is looking for Customer Service Rep II location Remote- IN

Job Title: Customer Service Rep II

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Indianapolis, IN)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
Weekend Shift: One Saturday every two months (post-training)
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Duration: 1-year contract (with potential for conversion to full-time)
Start Date: November 3, 2025

Position Summary

The Investigator Support Coordinator serves as a liaison between investigative sites, sponsors, and affiliates. The role involves providing accurate, timely communication, coordinating laboratory results, and resolving data or procedural issues. The position is fully remote, with preference for candidates local to Indianapolis, IN.


Key Responsibilities

  • Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, test cancellations, and sponsor-defined flags.
  • Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds; escalate delays as needed.
  • Maintain database accuracy and communicate additional testing requirements.
  • Handle project-related inquiries via phone and email.
  • Participate in meetings and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Document and escalate service failures when necessary.
  • Track and report key performance metrics.
  • Support implementation of new processes and ensure patient safety remains a priority.
  • Communicate investigator site needs during policy or procedural updates.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or within a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Availability for rotating weekend shifts (once every two months).
Preferred:

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
