BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master for a Remote opportunity

Position Title: Scrum Master

Location: 100% Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 09/19/2025

Expected Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - REMOTE

Pay Range: $60/hr to $70/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Scrum Master to assist with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE). The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Azure DevOps and hands-on experience with Azure or GCP. Experience with Enterprise Architecture is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support initiatives within the Cloud Center of Excellence.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive project delivery.
• Ensure transparency in progress, risks, and impediments.
• Utilize Azure DevOps and Azure or GCP for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience required.
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Azure DevOps expertise is a must.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
