BCforward is currently seeking a highly Project/Program Manager

Position Title: Project/Program Manager

Location: Spring, TX

Anticipated Start Date: 02/25/2026

Expected Duration: 6+ months strong possibility for extension

Pay range: $45/hr on W2

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [Onsite]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Responsibilities: Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.

Specialist: Applies experience and subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems / projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Provides direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

First Level University degree 5+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods. On the PMP Certification path.
