Expected Duration: 12+ Months with possibilities for extension
Job Type: Contract: 40 hrs/week
Pay Range: $25 to $27.73/hr on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:Preferred location is Louisville KY but will also consider candidates near New Albany, IN- This is a Field Service position with daily travel in the greater Louisville, KY area as regular part of the daily work week. Overnight stays may be required on short notice in KY or OH. Planned travel out of the area may be required several times a year- Extensive travel for training (8+ weeks in the 1st year), periodic travel for training for 1 - 3 weeks at a time in following years Responsibilities- Knowledge and expertise in HP-Indigo digital presses technology preferred- Minimum Vocational/Diploma / associate degree (technical field with 3+ years field service experience)- Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures- Provide mechanical and electrical support on-site- Electromechanical troubleshooting,- Customer facing communication, Internal communication- Deliver services to large enterprises, complex or corporate accounts- Use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities- Experience with support of full range of HP commercial and industrial large mass volume digital printers' productsKnowledge/Skills:- Strong mechanical technical and communication skills and ability to improvise- Strong Customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex Customer problems.- Good teamwork with peers and HP personnel- Demonstrate consistent, acceptable performance- Schedule and participate in on-site account support meetings both internal and external
