Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Programmer to build a new enterprise application from the ground up. The role will focus on designing and implementing a configurable rule engine that enables users to define and manage custom business rules, while delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy a new ASP.NET MVC 5 application end to end.
• Architect and implement a rule engine for user-defined business rules.
• Build performant data access layers using C#, .NET Framework, and Entity Framework.
• Create responsive UI components leveraging Kendo UI, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX.
• Develop RESTful services and Web APIs with robust security and reliability.
• Optimize SQL Server objects including stored procedures and complex queries.
• Use Git for version control, branching, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support peers to meet delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC 5.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with Kendo UI controls and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with RESTful services and Web APIs.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Angular experience.
• Oracle Exadata experience.
• Python experience.
