Job Description
Client's Marketing & Communications team seeks a contract Brand Manager to operationalize and protect the client's brand at scale. The role will translate brand standards into practical tools, ensure consistent implementation across the organization, and make it easy for teams to apply the brand correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, practical brand guidelines for key use cases including real estate and physical environments, digital, and print.
- Conduct regular brand implementation reviews across the Marketing & Communications team, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback to ensure consistency.
- Oversee the availability, accuracy, and organization of branded resources, ensuring access to current, approved assets.
- Partner with the Creative Studio to maintain and evolve brand standards as the organization grows.
- Serve as a resource for internal teams, providing brand guidance and guardrails that reduce bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing brand guidelines and governance frameworks, ideally within a large or complex organization.
- Detail orientation and confidence reviewing creative work against brand standards.
- Ability to manage a digital asset library and coordinate with web and creative teams to keep resources current.
- Clear communication skills to translate brand principles into practical direction for non-designers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience partnering with in-house creative studios or agencies.
- Familiarity with enterprise web content management and digital asset management tools.
