Job Description

We are seeking an Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cross-functional project management and cybersecurity and a proven ability to deliver complex programs on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal projects to meet defined scope, time, budget, and quality objectives through rigorous planning, control, and management.
• Coordinate and manage corporate and third-party vendor teams to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal issues.
• Develop strategy and lead large, cross-division, multi-function teams that impact long-term organizational goals.
• Define and apply advanced project management methods, techniques, and criteria while exercising independent judgment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong cross-functional project and program management capability across complex initiatives.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with executive and vendor audiences.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains relevant to enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of services operational policies, processes, and project management methodologies.
• Extensive experience with critical project management techniques, risk, and dependency management.
• Education: First-level university degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in project management or similar leadership roles.
• Certification: PMP required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading cross-division programs with third-party vendors.
• Background operating in enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
