Job Description
We are seeking an HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR consulting, and a proven ability to design scalable, data-driven solutions that improve manager effectiveness and streamline HR workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and advise managers and employees on complex workplace matters using data and insights.
- Provide consultation on performance, career development, workplace behavior, and policy interpretation.
- Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex policy, culture, and employee relations issues in partnership with HR and Legal.
- Identify and escalate employee relations trends and partner to implement preventative solutions.
- Use data to anticipate capability needs and deliver targeted training and communications.
- Design and implement scalable, automated solutions to reduce manual effort across the HR lifecycle.
- Evaluate and streamline HR processes in partnership with HR operations and technology teams.
- Apply company values and HR policies across programs such as leave, retirement, immigration, and performance management.
- Collaborate across a matrixed environment including HR, Legal, and Compliance to shape local practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Foundational experience in HR, employee relations, or a related field with performance management consulting.
- Ability to provide objective, context-based guidance grounded in HR policies and practices.
- Strong communication, judgment, and trust-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using data and case management tools to inform recommendations and ensure accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large or matrixed organizations.
- Background in process improvement, automation, or HR technology.
