Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Programmer III to join our DevOps team supporting CMS operations across Sparta, Borneo TeamSite, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with modern CI/CD tooling and Linux-based environments and a proven ability to deliver reliable build and deployment pipelines and troubleshoot issues across pre-production and production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily automated build and deploy processes in CI/CD pipelines.
• Support pre-production and production environments for CMS platforms.
• Compile and promote code to test environments via automated workflows while managing continuous build, test, and deploy processes.
• Troubleshoot build and deployment failures and drive timely resolutions.
• Improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of the continuous integration environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Linux, and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with TeamSite and AEM platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in CI/CD and production support contexts.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in DevOps or application build and release engineering.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS operations and environment management.

Role Logistics

• Work location: Charlotte, NC. Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week, onsite day 1.
• Target start date: May.
• Interview: 1 round. In person not required.
• Glider ID verification required.
• Submission guidance: Maximum of 3 candidates per vendor.
