Job Description

We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our team and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large language models, agentic and orchestration frameworks, and Python development, and a proven ability to implement governed, well-documented models with effective monitoring and controls.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications using LLMs and modern orchestration frameworks.
• Build retrieval, embedding, and evaluation pipelines leveraging tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAGAS.
• Develop secure APIs and services with FastAPI and WebSockets integrating enterprise data stores such as Redis and MongoDB.
• Author formal model documentation and implement monitoring, performance controls, and governance-compliant workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and support production operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years delivering end-to-end Generative AI projects with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).
• Experience with MCP (skills-based orchestration) and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
• Proficiency with LLM development frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on use of embedding models (e.g., all-MiniLM-L6-v2, nomic-ai) and evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix/Arize).
• Experience building services with REST APIs, FastAPI, and WebSockets.
• Experience with enterprise data stores such as Redis and MongoDB.
• Strong Python programming expertise.
• Proven Model Risk Management and Model Governance experience, including documentation, monitoring, and performance controls.
• Frontend experience with Angular is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with distributed and big data technologies: Slurm, Hadoop/Hive, Apache Spark, Kafka, Neo4j, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in data science, mathematics, or a quantitative discipline.
