Job Description

We are seeking an AI Prompt Designer (Generative Content Systems) to join our dynamic team building next-generation, live gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in prompt engineering for generative models, structured content design, and systems-driven iteration and a proven ability to design scalable prompt frameworks that deliver accurate, consistent, and engaging outputs.

Top 3 must have hard skills:

Prompt design & iteration for generative AI systems - 2+ years (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Structured content / data handling (JSON, schemas, rule-based systems) - 2+ years

Analytical problem solving (testing outputs, identifying failure patterns, improving systems) - 2+ years

Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and iterate on prompts that generate structured, high-quality content.
• Build and maintain prompt frameworks that scale across topics and formats.
• Test outputs, identify failure patterns, and implement systematic improvements.
• Define rules, constraints, and schemas, including JSON outputs, to enforce consistency.
• Evaluate content quality for accuracy, engagement, and repeatability.
• Develop new content formats and expand existing ones for live gaming contexts.
• Collaborate on tooling and workflows using ChatGPT, Copilot, spreadsheets, and structured pipelines.
• Rapidly prototype, validate, and refine ideas through hands-on experimentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong writing ability with attention to clarity, tone, and engagement.
• Systems thinking with the ability to translate vague goals into structured rules and repeatable outputs.
• Experience iterating on AI prompts or working with generative models.
• Comfort with structured data, JSON, schemas, and validation rules.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging model outputs.
• Bias toward action with a test, ship, and improve approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building or scaling content generation systems.
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation, scoring, or test harnesses.
• Background in games, education, or interactive content.
• Light scripting or data manipulation experience.

Role Context & Team

This role supports a next-generation, unannounced title within a casual games studio, contributing to live, engaging player experiences and scalable content systems. Mid-level individual contributor expected to operate independently and collaborate within defined workflows.
