Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to lead end-to-end coordination of complex, cross-functional corporate transactions from deal execution through operationalization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in M&A and complex corporate transactions and a proven ability to drive cross-functional timelines, stakeholder alignment, and leadership reporting from evaluation through post-close readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain master deal timelines, project plans, RACIs, and central trackers, including core documents, key decisions, and change management across stakeholders.
- Define and drive cadence for leadership updates, working team meetings, and status reporting.
- Launch and maintain deal data rooms; manage access, structure, and document uploads responsive to RFIs.
- Drive frequent touchpoints and escalation monitoring during active auction periods.
- Develop and maintain operationalization plans from signing through Day 1 readiness.
- Coordinate across 12+ cross-functional teams on entity setup, systems configuration, and close process integration.
- Proactively flag risks, blockers, and dependencies, and manage mitigations.
- Lead retrospectives and build reusable playbooks to scale across future transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Structured thinking and attention to detail with ability to maintain the big picture.
- Strong facilitation across kickoffs, standups, and executive readouts.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt plans as inputs evolve.
- Proven ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions at different stages.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
- 8+ years of program/project management experience with exposure to complex corporate transactions (M&A, partnerships, or similar).
- Experience managing cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Operations.
- Strong understanding of financial close processes, entity setup, and intercompany accounting.
- Experience with data rooms, diligence processes, and deal timelines.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in corporate development or integration management office work.
- Experience building playbooks and scalable PMO frameworks.
