Job Description

We are seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AML risk interpretation, alert quality review, and KYC/transaction data analysis and a proven ability to render risk-based determinations and validate alert closure quality.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret AML risk standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Perform quality analysis to determine whether alerts were properly cleared by Compliance Alerts Analysts.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of alert data and documentation.
• Ensure inclusion of investigations data, SARs and CTRs, KYC information, and relevant account and transaction details to support investigations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AML risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and synthesize findings.
• Proficient research, analytical, and comprehension skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in AML alerts review, quality assurance, or related compliance functions.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAR and CTR processes and documentation standards.
• Exposure to KYC/CDD programs and transaction monitoring systems.
