Position Title: Customer Service Rep I

Locations: St. Johns, FL 32259

Anticipated Start Date: 3/24

Expected Duration: 3 months contract with possible extension

Shift: Monday- Friday 7am - 4pm

Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2

Need: "Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience.

Customer Service Specialist - Job Description
Summary:
A Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions, addressing service or billing concerns, and offering effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries about products and services, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Resolve service or billing complaints by processing exchanges, issuing refunds, or adjusting bills as necessary.
  • Contact customers to provide updates on claim investigations, issue resolutions, or planned adjustments.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department for further investigation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience.
In this role, the individual will be responsible for providing a welcoming and seamless experience for patients upon arrival. Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assisting patients with kiosk check-ins and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns with patience and empathy.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area to facilitate smooth patient flow.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless transition from check-in to appointment.
  • Serving as the front-facing representative of the location, setting the tone for a positive patient experience.
