Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $90.00/hr-$95/hr

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

* Accomplishes marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

* Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

* Meets marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.

* Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

* Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalising on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.

* Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends.

* Accomplishes marketing and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills:

* Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

* Ability to keep information organised and confidential.

* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing seasonal campaigns to drive business growth and revenue
• Managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
• Overseeing limited-time initiatives that require strategic planning and creative problem-solving
• In terms of day-to-day responsibilities, this resource can expect to:
• Collaborate with the Devices PMM team to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Must-Have Skills

• Product Launch Expertise: Proven ability to launch new devices and drive sales growth.
• Experience working for Physical Electronic Product Consumer Marketing
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Adept at analyzing market trends and sales data to inform marketing strategies.
• Working across a portfolio of products
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Previous exp with Reality Labs
• Previous Exp at Client
• Candidates that have worked at Dyson/Amazon/Apple

Years of Experience:

• 10+
