Job Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum methodology, Agile and Waterfall delivery, stakeholder and executive communications, and risk and issue management with a proven ability to plan and execute projects, manage schedules and resources, and deliver outcomes on time.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and critical paths.
• Estimate tasks, manage resource schedules, and monitor team capacity.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues with transparent reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide concise executive communications.
• Support delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methods where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Scrum methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience with project task estimation, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Strong risk and issue management with actionable mitigation planning.
• Ability to create and manage work breakdown structures and critical path schedules.
• Effective stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience level: 5+ years in project execution, Scrum Master, or related roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience operating in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
