Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Sourcer 2 for an opportunity at Redmond, WA.
Position Title: Recruiting Sourcer 2
Location: Redmond, WA
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 4 Months
Job Type: Contract
Pay Range $31- $37/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Summary:
- As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will focus on scouting and sourcing Engineering and Go-to-Market talent that build and sell products. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of identifying and engaging hard-to-find, competitive talent in all technical domains.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
- Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
- Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organization..
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
- Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
- Fluent in advanced sourcing strategies, with proficiency across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, and other open-source communities.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and other sourcing tools, inclusive of creating sourcing strategies.
- Market analytics skills - being able to understand the market for the roles they are hiring for and articulate to recruiters, internal sponsors, and leadership.
- Ability to consistently deliver qualified, calibrated talent-with a target of at least 30 tech-screened candidates for volume pipelines or 15 deeply qualified candidates for more specialized, high-bar roles per month.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- LinkedIn Certification.
- Experience recruiting for a large technology company.
