Title: Program ManagerLocation: RemoteDuration: 6 Months (Potential chances for extension) Anticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. Title: Program ManagerLocation: RemoteDuration: 6 Months (Potential chances for extension) Summary:The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate supply chain and manufacturing operations activities. Job Responsibilities:This role will be responsible for tracking production lifecycle changes (NPI, EOL, etc) across our portfolio of cloud products and ensure that dependencies and readiness activities have been completed by stakeholders to support the lifecycle milestones. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be required in this role to properly track status across a wide range of activities and drive action items with stakeholders to ensure lifecycle readiness. Candidate Requirements
- Disqualifiers: Candidates without a lack of experience as a PM in supply chain will not be eligible for the role.
- Degree or Certification: There are no specific degrees/certifications needed for the role
- This person will have 4 years of supply chain / manufacturing experience as well as experience working on new products and product end-of-life from a supply chain operations standpoint.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Knowledge of production processes, supply chain processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 4 years' experience required.
- 4 years' experience supply chain / manufacturing operations
- 2-4 years' experience project/program management
- 2-4 years' experience with ROB
