Job Description:
The primary role of the Executive Market Aligned Recruiter (MAR/Talent Sourcer) is to identify and screen candidates for current and future executive-level positions. Additionally, this role involves promoting career opportunities within an organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
- Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
- Prepare and maintain employment records.
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
- Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.
- Proven Executive Recruiting Expertise in Engineering/Tech
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in executive search.
- Demonstrated success recruiting senior leaders in engineering or technical domains.
- Strong Candidate Engagement & Assessment Skills
- Ability to guide executive candidates through complex hiring processes.
- Skilled in screening, assessing, and closing SENIOR talent using structured frameworks.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management in Matrixed Environments
- Experience influencing senior leaders and navigating cross-functional, global organizations.
- Strong business insight and communication skills tailored to executive audiences.
- Strategic Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Deep external network and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor insights to attract top talent.
- High Agility, Urgency & Presentation Excellence
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong PowerPoint and reporting skills for executive-level presentations and decision-making.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.
- Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
- Previous experience with computer Office Productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience with standard Talent Acquisition applications such as LinkedIn, ATS, CRM, etc.
