CEF EE II Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
Location: REMOTE
Anticipated Start Date: 03/24/2025.Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 6+ Months Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension.
Job Type: [Contract (40 hours weekly)], [Remote]
Pay Range: $62.61/hr. - $63/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Summary:SUMMARY
- For the CEF EE II IT Program, works closely with the OCM Business Manager, IT Workstream leads and Program Sponsor(s) to identify business areas impacted by the CEF EE II IT Program Workstreams and require change.
- Assist with developing an OCM change management plan and developing communications, learning materials and EPMO OCM deliverables.
- Works with the PSE&G CEF EE II Business filing representative to confirm needs to provide Benefits Realization Reporting and develop and execute and an approach to deliver the required Benefits Reporting.
DETAILS
- The CEF EE II Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will perform the following duties:
- Initially provide oversight and coordination for the following CEF EE II Workstreams:
- Tracking System/ eTrack+:
- Includes Core eTrack, Union Utilization Reporting, BPU Accrual Reporting, Building Decarbonization
- Centralized Portal
- Demand Response
- Data Integration & IC Transition
- Salesforce
- Analytics (Data Lake)
- State Energy Plan
- Rebates
Provide strategic direction and tactical execution in leading change management initiatives associated with the workstreams that affect people, processes, and technology.
Organizational Change Manager shall develop and execute change management plans which shall include:
- Develop Approach for execution of activities to provide Benefits Realization Reporting for the CEF EE II Filing
- Work with business resources, subject matter experts and project teams to assess change readiness and project risk related to change.
- Create and implement organizational change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- Proactively work with project leadership to identify and address resistance and change readiness challenges associated with change.
- Assess and recommend changes in management/communications/training solutions to address process changes, changes in job roles, and skills gaps associated with change solutions.
- Work with relevant client leadership to develop/ redefine/ confirm roles, procedures, responsibilities, support systems and incentives that address and reflect the changes identified.
- Plan, draft and execute change communications amongst all levels of leadership and support both within the project team and the client organization.
- Create, utilize, and enable structures for ensuring engagement, involvement and ownership of the change and the results to relevant stakeholder groups.
- Work with Client leadership and executive teams to establish and maintain the commitment necessary to address workforce transition challenges that might arise.
