BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated NetSuite Project Manager

for an opportunity at Eagan-MN Location!

Position Title: NetSuite Project Manager

Location: Eagan, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 09/22/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ months

Job Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Remote

Pay Range: $80/hr to $85/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key responsibilities:

• Run the project plan and backlog for NetSuite enhancements and integrations
• Drive day-to-day work with the SI and other integrators, set scope and SLAs, track deliverables
• Be the liaison between the business and the software vendors including setting priorities and managing the outcomes
• Be hands-on in NetSuite: configuration, workflows, saved searches, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, roles and permissions
• Manage integrations and error handling with iPaaS or SuiteTalk REST, coordinate mapping and testing
• Triage production issues, find root cause, fix or direct the fix, and prevent repeats
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Lead standups, demos, UAT, cutovers, and release planning from sandbox to prod
• Keep documentation tight and train end users as needed
• Report status, risks, and KPIs to leadership with no fluff

What Experience Should You Have?

• 5+ years leading ERP projects as a PM or delivery lead
• 3+ full cycles of NetSuite implementations or major enhancements
• Real hands-on NetSuite skills: workflows, saved searches, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, roles, forms, reports
• Proven experience managing SI partners and 3rd-party integrators
• Integration experience with Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or SuiteTalk REST. Comfortable with JSON and CSV imports
• Strong production support skills. You can troubleshoot and fix, not just delegate
• Core module experience across Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory
• Tools: Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, and basic Gantt or timeline tools
• Clear communication with finance, ops, and engineering

Nice to Haves?

• SuiteScript 2.x basics to read scripts and work with developers
• NetSuite certifications or PMP/CSM
• Beverage Industry Knowledge
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or services
• SOX change control exposure
