Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-level Escrow Disbursement Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in escrow bank reconciliation, disbursements, and lender funding review and a proven ability to resolve issues for internal and external customers while maintaining accurate, timely reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bank reconciliation for escrow offices, including outstanding deposits and disbursements.
  • Handle checks and wires, and balance files to lender instructions and lender wires.
  • Support internal and external customers on issue resolution via integrated systems, email, and phone.
  • Execute ancillary functions such as check reissue, trial balance reconciliation, and refund processing.
  • Review signed lender packages for refinance transactions, including notes, security instruments, and affidavits to provide funding approval.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive service attitude in a fast-paced, 100% onsite environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Customer service skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills with strong detail orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of company and client operating systems.
  • Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive service attitude.
  • Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
