Position Overview:

Franciscan Health Michigan City is seeking a motivated and experienced Specialty Pharmacy Manager to join our growing specialty pharmacy team. This position will be based in Munster, IN, and is responsible for managing specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing clinical outcomes, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Schedule & Shift Information:

• Shift: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekend Hours: 40

Salary Range:

• $145,600 - $182,000
• Based on candidate experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Licensure: Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - State Licensing Board
• Certification: Board Certified
• Experience:
• Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years in area of specialization (Required)
• 5+ years in specialty/retail pharmacy (Preferred)

• Prior leadership or managerial experience
• Experience in retail and/or specialty pharmacy settings
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
