BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Program Manager Non Tech 4 for a Remote opportunity

Position Title: Program Manager Non Tech 4

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 8/1/2025

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a

confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 10 months (Potential chances to Extension)

Job Type: Contract - Remote

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr

responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,

etc.).

Job Description:

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 8 -10 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Disqualifiers

  • Not able to meet core hours
  • Candidates with no PMI or PMP certification
  • No prior Finance experience

  • Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Planner skills, proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Support budget reporting and analysis for two P&Ls: RMI & OPEX. Analysis of committed spend, outlooks, & actual spend vs budgets and identify financial risks (overspend) & opportunities (underspend).
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and performance
  • Ability to create process documentation
  • Conduct monthly spend analysis. Assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of financial monitoring processes for managing monthly performance. This includes generating monthly reports aligned with business KPIs and preparing quarterly reports for DPS partners.
  • Budget and Target Cascade process development and management:
  • Manage the Windows Consumer Budget and Target Cascade process using MS Planner. Take full responsibility for and maintain the workback schedule, ensuring stakeholder alignment across various teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance to update financial model for regional budget allocations and target cascades. Prepare and generate necessary documentation using PowerPoint to deliver field allocations and update the Excel model and associated documents as needed.
  • Document process and provide consultation on methods to streamline and improve the process.
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ability to work fast paced environment and quality of work.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 8+ years' experience with Financial Tools

2. Minimum 8+ years experience with Planner

3. Minimum 8+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
