Job Description

We are seeking a Agile Product Analyst / Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile product delivery, fraud/banking domains, data analysis, and SDLC feature execution and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable epics and user stories that drive on-time feature delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead core Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive requirement-definition sessions with business and engineering partners to clarify scope and outcomes.
  • Translate needs into well-documented epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor delivery progress against target dates and escalate risks, issues, or gaps to initiative leadership.
  • Perform data collection and analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and market assessments to inform decisions and reporting.
  • Serve as an independent point of contact for Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders with minimal oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Agile/Product experience leading feature delivery within an SDLC.
  • Proven ability to write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria and manage backlogs.
  • Experience in fraud or banking domains with a risk/control mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills including data analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and market research.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • AI or software development experience and familiarity with engineering workflows.
  • Experience in feature-driven delivery for fraud prevention, detection, or abuse scenarios.
