Operations Specialist

Position Title: Operations Specialist (Bilingual)

Location: Miami, FL

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, HYBRID

Pay Range: $21.02/hr

Working hours:

• ***Work location is Miami, FL (Brickell) Candidate hours will be Mexico Business Hours and honoring US Holidays. ***
• - Training period 120 days- 100% onsite- hours for training will be discussed during interview process but likely 9am-5pm M-F or possibility of aligning with Mexico hours based on who will be training.
• - After training will transition to Hybrid role- 3 days on-site, 2 remote, -10:30AM to 7:30PM Monday - Friday, Second Shift

Requirements:

• *Spanish and English required, Portuguese a plus. *
• 1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with customers.

• Day to day activities will include being responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests.
• Requests consist of treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products. May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and/or technical support.
• First point of contact for inquiries received in Latam (Mexico) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel.
