Credit Quality Analyst
Position Title: Credit Quality Analyst
Location: Plano, TX/ Fort Worth, TX
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6 months
Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, In-Office Full Time. Potential for hybrid posture after 6+ months, based on performance
Pay Range: $32.04/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Working shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (M-F) or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (M-F)
Requirements:
- 2+ years Commercial Real Estate Construction Loan Administration (Servicing) experience.
- Loan IQ/LIQ experience is considered a plus.
- Loan servicing, fulfillment, or closing background.
Job Description:
- 2+ years Commercial Real Estate Construction Loan Administration (Servicing) experience.
- Ability to apply basic math and accounting principles to loan servicing and financial processes.
- Solution-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with business partners.
- Demonstrated competence in understanding and adhering to financial credit and operational risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and professional approach to servicing.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and manage time and tasks with high organization.
- Capable of working independently and adapting to change.
- Technically proficient, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Loan IQ/LIQ experience is considered a plus.
- Loan servicing, fulfillment, or closing background.
- Practical knowledge of commercial credit processes and transactions.
- Demonstrated history of stable employment in relevant roles with an average tenure of at least 2 years per position (exceptions considered for career growth or external factors).
Minimum Education Requirement
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Description
- Servicing responsibilities include being the client relationship primary point of contact for all servicing related activities on the Commercial Construction Real Estate Servicing team.
- Independent management of standard commercial construction draw processes including budget review, pre-closing and managing moderately complex construction draw processes.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to, reviewing construction draw packages, identifying and helping to resolve construction and title issues, keeping accurate records of loan budget and all sources of funds, ensuring loans are in balance and in compliance with all approvals, and monitoring documentation requirements and exceptions, including interest and past dues.
- Duties may include performing various support functions for the group such as general tickler follow-up for insurance renewals and requests, payment processing, taxes, rate changes/locks, handling payoff letters and analyzing requests in accordance with established guidelines to determine appropriate courses of action.
- Collaborates as a dedicated team player with client management, borrowers, legal counsel, construction consultants and title companies to deliver world-class customer service. Effectively manage through collaboration, proactively contributes to project and initiative development.
