Position Title: Brand Marketing Manager VLocation: Remote - Preferred PSTAnticipated Start Date: July 21, 2025Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including UXR, Product Data Science, and Marketing Decision Science, to develop a comprehensive learning agenda for the Wearables pillar.
- Design and conductinnovative quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making, strategic planning, and marketing/brand strategies.
- Translateresearch findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations, producing effective communication to motivate application of learnings across the organization.
- Executefull-cycle research independently and leverage insights to inform strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate proactivelywith a variety of partners and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skillswith a proven track record of delivering concise, executive-level syntheses to influence business decisions.
- Extensive experiencein product/feature launches, driving impact and influencing decision-making.
- Ability to think holistically and analytically.
- 8+ years of experiencein quantitative and qualitative research, including hands-on experience in survey/discussion guide and data analysis.
- Problem-solving and prioritization skillsto develop research problems and methodological approaches.
- Experience in leading insight-driven campaigns.
- Experience conducting research on wearable technology.
- Experience with physical products is preferred.
- Experience in brand building and brand strategy development.
Must-Have Skills:
- Brand Marketing Insight experience- Experience with brand campaigns and campaign creative development.
- Strong Communication skills- Ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Product development insights- Experience providing insights that inform product development.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong Research background- Capability to define and create strategies and promote products effectively.
- Unilever and CPG Marketing Insight Experience- Experience with consumer-packaged goods (CPG) marketing insights, as well as tech product development.
