Job Description

We are seeking a Business Solutions Lead to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application support, business solution management, and technology operations within large enterprises and a proven ability to ensure application stability, resiliency, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Own the operational health, availability, and compliance of a portfolio of applications.
• Serve as the primary technology liaison for BAU activities and application matters.
• Coordinate server and OS upgrades, infrastructure and middleware updates, and vendor product releases.
• Assess change impacts, ensure readiness, and drive execution through intake and change processes.
• Engage during incidents and outages to restore service, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Align BAU changes with release schedules and enterprise change windows for internally developed applications.
• Raise, track, and manage intake, change, and action requests.
• Track security gaps and vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation, and ensure timely patching per standards.
• Support teams by removing technical roadblocks, advising on platform constraints, and escalating risks with clear ownership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years in application support, business solution management, or technology operations in large enterprises.
• Experience supporting multiple applications, including vendor-hosted and internally developed solutions.
• Strong BAU operations, production support, and operational change management experience.
• Hands-on coordination of infrastructure upgrades, vendor releases, and production incidents.
• Understanding of application architectures, dependencies, and infrastructure components including servers, operating systems, middleware, and networking basics.
• Knowledge of SDLC and release management processes, incident management, root cause analysis, and risk reduction.
• Familiarity with enterprise security controls, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking.
• Ability to navigate intake, change, and governance processes effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Work with third-party vendors and contract-managed applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise production support models such as L1, L2, and L3.
• Experience supporting applications through information security, risk, and compliance reviews.
