Graphic Design Specialist
Position Title: Graphic Design Specialist
Location: 9330 Zionsville Rd, Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 11+ Months- Possible of extension
Shift Timings: 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $43.00/hr on W2
Motion/Graphic Designer
Corteva is looking for a Motion/Graphic Designer to design creative assets specifically for digital, social media use and tradeshows to support our Crop Protection, Specialty and Seed Brands. The ideal candidate will have a video editing background with basic knowledge of graphic design and a passion for the digital media landscape and social media platforms. This position requires an individual that also has an understanding of B2B digital marketing concepts and works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
* Design and execute compelling assets for social media, emails, digital ads, landing pages, websites and various other motion/graphic design needs.
* Network and share best practices with other members of the graphic design team to leverage ideas and materials across businesses and support cross-business communication efforts as needed.
* Be an active brand asset management steward, encouraging adherence to all legal and branding guidelines for all Corteva brands.
* Comply with brand requirements across our Crop Protection, Specialty and Seed Brands
* Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital marketing efforts
* Participate in creative and digital team meetings and come prepared to discuss challenges and possible solutions
* Work with Social Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications Specialists, Events and Tradeshows and other stakeholders to meet campaign delivery schedules
* Monitor developments in the digital industry, keeping up to date on the latest creative trends
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related field, Marketing, Communications, Media required
* 3-5 years Motion/Graphic Design experience
* Expert in video editing and motion graphics utilizing Premiere and After Effects
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience in 2D animation
* 3D animation, illustration, and storyboard development is a plus
* Strong in digital file organization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work and manage multiple projects independently
* Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
* Takes initiative, is solution oriented and follows through on projects/requests until there is resolution
* Builds positive working relationships with internal colleagues
