Project Coordinator IVBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Product Project Coordinator IV for a Remote Role . Position Title: Project Coordinator IVLocation: RemoteAnticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 6+ Months Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]Pay Range: $65.72/hr.-$69.58/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: Key responsibilities:
- Operational Governance and Execution: Support, maintain, track, and improve operational effectiveness across multiple programs, including governance-related initiatives and workflow management.
- Documentation and Tracking: Own and maintain accurate, detailed documentation, timelines, program trackers, and key artifacts for workflows, decision frameworks, standard operating procedures, and service models.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate clear, timely, and transparent communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify, track, and mitigate operational risks, and proactively recommend and drive process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Execution and Support: Independently drive small-to-medium scale initiatives, while collaborating and supporting larger programs to ensure successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Issue Tracking and Remediation: Monitor issue tracking, drive follow-ups, and lead remediation efforts to ensure timely and effective resolution of operational issues and risks.
- Reporting and Updates: Assist in developing accurate program updates, summaries, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- 8+ years of relevant experience working in consulting, strategy, operations or equivalent program management experience or educational degree in project management, business, marketing, finance or operations - with particular focus on product operations;
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to anticipate challenges, unblock problems, and drive effective solutions.
- Proven time management, task prioritization, and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to develop, improve, and operationalize processes.
- Skilled at driving team collaboration, resolving conflicts by identifying tradeoffs and win-win scenarios, and setting clear priorities.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving mindset: identifying operational gaps, analyzing root causes, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and resilience.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in risk management and prioritization to ensure program success.
