Job Description

We are seeking an IT Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and SOX ITGC control testing and a proven ability to manage ServiceNow IRM issues and policy exceptions, design and execute UAT, and deliver accurate assurance reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute control tests across ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and SOX ITGC.
• Validate evidence sufficiency and traceability for control effectiveness.
• Own ServiceNow IRM records for issues and policy exceptions, ensuring timely updates and closure.
• Design UAT scripts for IRM changes, coordinate testers, and track defects to resolution.
• Perform data quality routines and reconcile control catalogs, ownership, and status fields.
• Create or enhance standard reports and dashboards for assurance KPIs and trends.
• Partner with system and control owners to remediate findings and document remediation evidence.
• Contribute to method improvements including test templates, sampling guidance, and quality checklists.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of control testing methods, including sampling, walkthroughs, and re-performance.
• Working proficiency with ServiceNow IRM for records management, workflows, UAT, and reporting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with intermediate proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Clear communication with control owners and consistent, high-quality documentation.
• Ability to apply conceptual thinking and work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle competing tasks.
• Ability to comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Comfort with occasional travel and participation in virtual or in-person meetings.
• Experience level: 5+ years in IT compliance, audit, control testing, IRM, QA, or data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Certifications: ISO 27001 Internal Auditor, PCI Professional (PCIP), or CISA (in progress).
