Job Description

We are seeking a Java Developer, Advanced professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Core Java, system design, and agile software delivery and a proven ability to build secure, scalable, and resilient applications in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java while contributing to iterative product improvements.
• Execute software solutions including design, development, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms synchronized with dependent systems.
• Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts and ensure code aligns with design constraints.
• Gather, analyze, and visualize data from large, diverse data sets to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify hidden problems and patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to engineering communities of practice and explore emerging technologies.
• Promote a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Java and experience with modern programming and database querying languages.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.
• Experience working in large corporate environments on production systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
• Nice to have: AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, REST, Terraform, JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace.
