Job Description

We are seeking a Web Developer, Application Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IBM Sterling OMS Functional and a proven ability to design, build, and test web applications while leading cross-functional collaboration and team delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and test web-based applications and site components.
• Edit and maintain site content; research and incorporate updates.
• Document technical designs and specifications.
• Serve as subject matter expert and guide team execution and decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within the team and across teams.
• Create web solutions that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for seamless integrations.
• Apply modern web practices and stay current with relevant trends.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging for high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in IBM Sterling OMS Functional.
• Experience designing, building, testing, and debugging web applications.
• Ability to document technical designs and specifications.
• Strong collaboration and team leadership abilities.
• 5-7 years of experience with IBM Sterling OMS Functional.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience mentoring developers and leading application delivery.
• Familiarity with modern web development practices and tooling.
