- Conduct routine laboratory experiments, tests, or information/data management activities in support of research objectives.
- Operate, assemble, and configure small-scale production equipment and control systems.
- Collect, record, and analyze experimental results and troubleshoot unexpected or erroneous outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to suggest and implement improvements in laboratory methods and processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of procedures, observations, and findings in laboratory notebooks, databases, or systems.
- Communicate results clearly and accurately to team leads or research scientists.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in project planning for short-term research initiatives.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- 1+ years of laboratory or R&D experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of scientific methods, laboratory techniques, and data management.
- Familiarity with operating laboratory equipment and control systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a research or industrial lab setting.
- Experience with small-scale production equipment or instrumentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LIMS, or electronic lab notebooks.
