Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Wealth Management Operations organization. The role sits within the Investment Information Management function on the Securities Pricing Services Team. The team obtains, validates, and releases end-of-day prices for investment securities across GWIM, GBAM, Private Bank, and Workplace Benefits client accounts, performing rigorous inline and post-release quality assurance to ensure pricing accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve end-of-day pricing outliers using established troubleshooting procedures and escalation paths.
• Perform inline QA reviews (Missing Price, Price Variance) and post-release QA reviews (Stale Price, Unpriced, Price Revision) to validate or correct prices.
• Respond to internal and external partner inquiries related to end-of-day pricing via email, escalating complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Execute and monitor manual and automated pricing processes, ensuring timely release of pricing files to downstream applications.
• Understand end-to-end process flow, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts across operational units.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to detail with consistent accuracy in processing and validation tasks.
• Analytical thinking to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, identify patterns, and inform decisions.
• Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Recording and organizing information using computer applications with accurate documentation practices.
• Research capability to gather, review, analyze, and interpret information to support recommendations or solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in securities pricing, performance measurement, or investment operations.
• Familiarity with quality assurance workflows and exception management in financial data environments.
