Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Non-Tech 3 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA - Hybrid.
Position Title: Project Manager Non-Tech 3
Location: Redmond, WA - Hybrid

Job Type: Contract - Redmond, WA.
Pay Range $65.00

Job Description:
Summary:
* Purpose of the Team: Support the planning and execution of a large-scale summit, ensuring seamless event delivery and effective communication across teams.* Key Projects: Lead project management for the summit, including pre-event planning (hybrid/remote), on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.Responsibilities:
o Project management tasks leading up to the summit (timeline tracking, coordination, communications).
o Creating and editing decks, updating SharePoint sites, and supporting team communications.
o During the summit: act as executive producer, coordinating AV, ensuring sessions run smoothly, and managing logistics.
Education/Experience:
Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years in project management, preferably with large-scale event experience.
1. Project Management (5-7 years): Proven experience managing large-scale events or projects.
2. Communications (5+ years): Ability to create/edit decks, manage SharePoint, and handle internal communications.
3. Leading Without Authority (5+ years): Demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence teams without direct authority.
